GWR Fasteners Limited can manufacture, in-house, a wide range of special fasteners in any stainless steel, alloy and exotic metals.
Products can be produced to customer drawings or the relevant British (BS), American (ANSI, ASME), European (DIN, UNI), or International Standards (ISO).
Thread forms include BA, BSF, BSW, Metric, Metric Fine, UNC, UNF.
Size range upto 20mm Maximum size on Star SR-20J.
Size range upto 50mm on our Mazak 200MS Super Quick Turn.
Special Components
GWR Fasteners Limited can manufacture, in-house, a large range of components to customers' drawings.
In any stainless steel, alloys and exotic metals.
Any component from a non standard washer to multi op components with milled, drilled or tapped features from the sides.
Star SR-20J
Twin spindle 7 Axis with C-Axis.
All components are completed within a single operation, with the use of a second spindle which completes the second op's at the same time as the first op's.
Maxmimum bar size 20mm.
