7/16" UNC x 1" Hexagon Setscrews (ASME B18.2.1) - High Tensile Steel 8.8 Zinc Plated

Hexagon Setscrews are very versatile screws, which are tightened and loosened with a spanner matching the head diameter (across the flats). Their Hexagonal Head allows for a great amount of torque to be applied to this screw making them ideal in heavy duty applications. Hexagon Setscrews, have a fully threaded shaft, right up to the head, whereas Hexagon Bolts are only partially threaded and after a certain length, will have a section of plain unthreaded shaft. The full thread allows them to be used in a multitude of situations without a fear of running out of thread.

These Hexagon Setscrews are made from High Tensile Steel, and coated in a Bright Zinc Plating which provides a level of corrosion and oxidation resistance
