Delivery & Returns

All UK orders are shipped with DPD using a fully tracked delivery service. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

DPD aims to deliver on the next working day for UK mainland and on a 2-working day service for UK Highlands & Islands, however delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

*We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the incorrect postage is paid.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express using a fully tracked delivery service.

Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery costs for international destinations are calculated at checkout once the delivery country has been selected.

Customer Collection is available to customers with an SY or LL postcode once input at checkout.

If you do not have one of these postcodes but still wish to collect your order from us, please call us on 01691 654979 and we will process your order directly.

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday – Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day if items are in stock.

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order and dispatch as soon as possible. Product lead times are usually stated on product page.

Manufactured or specially sourced items may carry an additional lead time. Please contact us for more information.

Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition.

Refunds or credits are processed once returned goods are received. Return postage will not be refunded.

Please note that this does not apply to specially manufactured items unless it is proven that items have not been manufactured to the customers specifications.

If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

If goods need to be returned, the return postage cost will be refunded for faulty/incorrect items.

Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returns.
