FLOOR-TITE® Fibre & Wooden Flooring Screws - Net-Coat® Blue

Floor-Tite® has been developed to meet the needs of those working with fibre and wooden floor boarding. It provides a flush and neat fix without causing damage to the flooring board and ensures squeaky boards are a thing of the past. When the boards are walked upon, Floor-Tite®’s Tri-Lock shank teamed with a coarse thread, locks into the substrate, ensuring they will not work loose, so once in, they stay in.

Floor-Tite® is manufactured in two different lengths, 45mm and 55mm to match most fibre boards available on the market. Unlike traditional nails, once installed Floor-Tite® can easily be removed at a later date without causing damage to the boards.

MDF-TITE® - Designed with MDF in mind.

MDF-Tite® is designed to eliminate blistering when installing MDF boards. The Tri-Lock TS threadform offers the benefit of a single and a twin thread in one providing a straight and balanced start and this teamed with the wax allows the screws to go in quick and easy. The coarse single thread ensures boards are clamped fast and firmly and will not pull apart under load.

MDF-Tite® is available in four lengths, 25m, 30mm, 40mm and 45mm to suit the most common boards and can also be used on other fibre boards, such as Chipboard, Hardboard, Plywood, P5 Boards, Strand Board, Loft Panels and OSB2/OSB3.

TONGUE-TITE® - The original and the best.

Tongue-Tite® is a specialist screw designed for use in the installation of softwood, hardwood and fibre tongue & groove floorboards. With the Tri-Lock TS threadform the screw will drive straight through the boards and into the substrate without the need for a pilot, even in hardwood, whilst the single coarse thread is designed to eliminate ream out of the floor board, giving a high pull out retention. In other words, no more squeaky screws.

Tongue-Tite®’s small head provides a neat, hidden fix and unlike messy glues and bent over nails, the screws can easily be removed when needed without damaging the boards.

Tongue-Tite® Plus is a stainless-steel screw with all the benefits of Tongue-Tite® but with the added advantage of protection against corrosion making it suitable for exterior use or in damp environments. Tongue-Tite® Plus is awarded the TDCA CladMark®+ accreditation.
