This patented product doesn't require any specialist tools; you simply hammer the cap into the base making access to the enclosed nut or bolt near impossible. This fastener has been Home Office approved and has won the Sold Secure Silver Award. These are stocked in Case Hardened Steel with a Zinc Plated (CR-3) Finish.
