M4 x 8mm Captive Pozi Pan Head Screws - A2 Stainless Steel

Pozi Pan Head Captive Screws are designed to remain attached to a panel or assembly when loosened, preventing loss and improving safety in applications where fall out can lead to equipment damage, machine downtime, and foreign object contamination. Their reduced-diameter, unthreaded shank allows panels and components to be opened or removed without the screw becoming detached, making them ideal for access panels, covers, and enclosures that require regular maintenance, servicing, or inspection.

Depending on the application, captive screws can be either permanently retained or removable for complete disassembly. Common retention methods include captive washers, retaining rings, and partially threaded entry holes.

These Pozi Pan Head Captive Screws are made from A2 Stainless Steel which provides corrosion and oxidation resistance.

Can I order samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples on our captive fasteners as they are usually manufactured to order however on certain stock items you are able to order 1 off’s if needed. 

What is the minimum order quantity?
A wide selection of our captive fasteners are available to buy individually, however on none stock sizes or for custom captive dimensions there is a minimum order quantity order of 50 units.
